What we delete

Your login and email address.
Your profile, with its photos and videos.
Your applications, permit requests and posts.
Club accounts: the club page, teams, squad list, fixtures, job posts, logo and photos.
Your subscription, cancelled straight away.

What we keep

Clubs keep squad, attendance and line-up records you were part of, without your account link, until the club removes them.
Our payment provider keeps invoices and payments as tax law requires.
A record that the account was deleted, with its payment reference, for billing checks.
An anonymous leave record: your account type, whether you had a subscription, and your reason if you gave one.

In the app or on the web

Sign in at app.scrumrapp.com or in the ScrumR app.
Come back to this page. It's also linked from Settings.
Read what we delete and keep, then tap Delete my account.
Type DELETE and confirm.

Paused your account? Sign in to delete it. You don't need to reactivate first.
Club owner with admins or coaches? Remove them first. The delete screen lists them.
Paid through an app store? Deleting doesn't cancel it. Cancel there first.
