Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 September 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and SCRUMR LIMITED (company number 17074337), registered at Axis 8, Axis Court, Riverside Business Park, Swansea Vale, Swansea, Wales, SA7 0AJ (“ScrumR”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using ScrumR, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Who Can Use ScrumR

ScrumR is a recruitment platform on which profiles are discoverable by clubs and agents. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you register on behalf of a club or as an agent, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that the information you provide about that organisation is accurate.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that takes place under it. You must provide accurate information and keep your profile up to date. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

How ScrumR Works

ScrumR connects four types of user: players and coaching/support staff, who create profiles to be discovered; and clubs and agents, who search for and contact players and staff. Information you add to your profile is, by design, visible to other users appropriate to your role. You control what you publish and can edit, hide, or delete it at any time.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the content you upload — including videos, photos, and profile information. By uploading content you grant ScrumR a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute it on the platform and in search results for the purpose of operating the service. You are responsible for the content you upload and confirm that you have the rights to share it and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms.

Subscriptions & payments

Subscriptions automatically renew at the applicable renewal interval unless you cancel before the next renewal payment is due.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the cancellation process available within ScrumR or by contacting us using the details provided in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Our Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how you can cancel your subscription, when cancellation will prevent the next payment, and how refunds are handled.

Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where a refund is required by law, provided under our Cancellation & Refund Policy, or otherwise agreed by ScrumR.

Payments may be processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe.

If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until the outstanding payment is resolved.

Complaints & support

If you need help using ScrumR, have a technical issue, or want to report a problem with another user or content, please contact our support team at hello@scrumrapp.com.

If you wish to make a complaint about ScrumR or our service, please contact us at hello@scrumrapp.com and include as much relevant information as possible. We will review the complaint and aim to respond to your complaint within 20 working days. If we need additional time because your complaint is complex, we'll let you know and provide an updated timeframe.

Complaints relating to legal or privacy matters may be handled separately by our legal or privacy team.

If your complaint concerns a payment or refund, please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Nothing in this section affects any statutory rights or remedies available to you.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal data and the rights you have. By using ScrumR you acknowledge that policy.

The Service Is Provided “As Is”

We work to keep ScrumR available and accurate, but we provide it “as is” and do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not guarantee any recruitment outcome, contract offer, trial, or the accuracy of information provided by other users. You are responsible for your own decisions and for verifying information before acting on it.

Suspension and Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the platform and its users. On termination, the licences you have granted end, except to the extent content has already been shared with others or must be retained to meet a legal obligation.

Intellectual Property

The ScrumR name, brand, software, and design are owned by us and protected by law. These terms do not grant you any right to use them except as needed to use the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ScrumR is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from your reliance on information provided by other users. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, ask you to accept the updated terms before continuing to use the platform.
